Free Shipping

We ship orders through the United States Post Office priority mail.

Please supply a physical address, preferably your billing address. 

We reserve the right to refuse shipment to PO Boxes.

We send all orders by Priority Mail. Please allow a week or so for your order to reach it's destination in the continental United States, longer for Alaska, Hawaii and outlying territories.

Deliveries may not happen at weekends. We have no control over shipping company delivery days or times.

Certain items may not be in stock and we will inform you by email if there is a problem.

 
International Shipping
We regret we are unable to accept international orders. We ship to US destinations only. We cannot accept non US based credit cards.
 
Returns

We will accept items for return providing you email us within 3 days of receiving your package. Failure to do so within this time constitutes acceptance of the goods and no return will be permitted.

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

If you request an exchange (wrong size etc) you will be responsible for returning the goods. No exchange will be shipped until the original item(s) is received and deemed re-saleable. We do not pay for shipping exchanges unless we have made an error, your card will be charged at the time.

All products must be unworn and in re-saleable condition.

We reserve the right to refuse returns if they show signs of wear or smell of cigarette smoke.

Items must be returned in their original undamaged packaging and with labels attached. Please ensure you pack items inside a box, we will not credit back for footwear returned in broken, damaged or taped boxes.

 
Product categories that may not be returned:

ALL lingerie items, including t-backs, thongs, g-strings, panties, bras and items that touch intimate areas. Any set that includes these items may also not be returned. This is to maintain compliance with the law, and we sure you would not expect to receive items in your order that had been worn by someone else.

 
Availability of Products

When products are in stock we ship out the same day. Occasionally it may take longer, at certain times of year such as Halloween, Christmas etc we can be extremely busy and there may be a delay. We will always try to accommodate requests for delivery by a certain date. If you want items for a special occasion please let us know in the Messages section of the order form. We will try our best to make it happen, but if we can't we will let you know!
